
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with your receipt and order number. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order ships from our warehouse.
The Signature Cinema Lounge ships as a coordinated freight delivery within 2 to 3 weeks of your order date. Because the package includes multiple components shipped together, we schedule all pieces to arrive in a single delivery window rather than separate drop-offs. Your shipping confirmation email will include full tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Our logistics team will reach out by phone or email approximately 24 to 48 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery window with you.
Standard freight shipping is included at no charge for orders within the continental United States. Standard freight delivery brings your package to your home and offloads at curbside or at the first threshold of your building. You or your installer will be responsible for bringing components into the room where they will be placed.
White-glove delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. White-glove delivery includes in-home delivery, placement of components in the room of your choice, unboxing, and removal of packaging materials. White-glove delivery does not include electrical work, mounting, or cabling installation. If you need professional installation, we recommend contacting a local AV installer.
Tracking information is provided by email once your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resend your tracking details.
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing for the package. Note any visible damage to boxes or components on the delivery receipt before signing. If you notice damage after delivery, contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged component and packaging. Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of the package.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
While we strive to ship every order within the stated window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date.
