
We stand behind the quality of every package we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the terms below.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or installation are not eligible for return. The Signature Cinema Lounge is sold as a complete package, and returns must include every component from the original shipment. We do not accept returns of individual pieces from the package.
Electronics that have been powered on, connected, or installed are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or damaged. If your electronics have been activated, please contact us before initiating a return so we can review your specific situation.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number, your reason for return, and any supporting photos. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will issue a return authorization number and send you instructions for scheduling freight pickup. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed and may be refused at our warehouse.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You have two options for return shipping. You can use our discounted freight rates, where we arrange pickup through our freight carrier at a negotiated rate that will be deducted from your refund. This is typically the most cost-effective option. Alternatively, you may arrange your own freight shipping with any licensed freight carrier at your own expense, and you will need to provide us with tracking information once your return ships. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect all components within 5 business days. If the return meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of inspection. Original shipping fees, white-glove delivery fees if applicable, and any return shipping costs you arranged through us are not refundable. If your return does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include a partial refund, a return of the components to you at your expense, or other arrangements.
If any component of your package arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected component at no cost to you. Shipping damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Warranty claims outside the 30-day return window are handled through our product warranty process, which is separate from returns. Furniture components carry our manufacturer's warranty against defects. Electronics carry pass-through warranties from their original manufacturers. Warranty details are included in the documentation shipped with your order. For warranty claims, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video.
The following are not eligible for return or refund. Components damaged after delivery through customer misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible. Electronics that have been activated, powered on, or installed are not eligible unless the return is for a defective product. Items returned without prior authorization are not eligible. Items not in original packaging are not eligible. Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible. Custom or made-to-order configurations, if offered, are not eligible for return; at this time we do not offer customization.
If you financed your purchase with Affirm and return your order, your Affirm loan will be adjusted automatically once we process your refund. Stripe will notify Affirm of the refund, and Affirm will pause your payment plan and credit you for any payments already made, minus any interest paid. Refunds to Affirm loans typically take 3 to 10 business days to process after we issue the refund on our end.
