How long until I receive my order?

Your package ships within 2 to 3 weeks of order. You'll receive tracking information when the shipment leaves our warehouse, and our team will coordinate the delivery window with you.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard freight shipping is included at no charge within the continental United States. White glove delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Affirm is available at checkout, which allows you to spread the cost over monthly installments. Affirm provides the final terms at checkout based on your eligibility, and rates from 0% APR are available on qualifying purchases.

What room size do I need?

We recommend a minimum of 14 feet wide by 18 feet deep with 9 foot ceilings. Smaller rooms may work but will limit your seating arrangement options.

Do I need professional installation?

Not required. The package includes all mounting hardware and cabling for a DIY installation. Any local AV installer can also handle the setup if you prefer.

What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll repair, replace, or refund the affected component at no cost to you.

Can I return the package?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. The package must be returned as a complete set. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I customize the components?

Not at this time. The Signature Cinema Lounge is sold as a complete pre-specified package so we can guarantee fit and performance across all components.

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?

Not currently. We ship within the continental United States only.
